It is to your advantage to place your order in advance. Select the flowers you love and set the delivery date in advance to ensure you can get your mother’s special flowers. During Mother’s Day, we receive a high volume of flower orders.
When you place an order too late and too close to Mother’s Day, you risk having to select a different product or making flower substitutions. This is due to flower supplies running low with many orders to fill. Waiting upon supply trucks after our supplies have dwindled can also be unpredictable.

Can I pick-up the Christmas flowers I ordered online?
Any Occasion Creation offers both store pickup and delivery. If you would prefer to pick up your Christmas order, just give us a call at (203) 553-4435 and let us know. If you would like your order delivered, you will be able to enter the address and additional delivery details during the online ordering process. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out and one of our associates will gladly assist you.
Can I request a flower substitution in my Christmas arrangement?
At Any Occasion Creation, we would be happy to provide the flowers or color of flowers you would like. Please feel free to contact us (203) 553-4435 with further information regarding your request. We can discuss your options in regards to our flower and flower color availability. To secure your preferences or arrangement selection, we advise placing your order as early as possible. During the Christmas season, flower varieties may occasionally run out of stock, and we may have to wait for a delivery truck. If your flowers of choice are available, we would be glad to provide you with that personalization.
Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?
Before you place your order online, we recommend that you provide our delivery drivers with additional information if you are aware that you or the one receiving the flowers will not be present. You will be able to select a date of delivery that is best for you. If something changes concerning your delivery needs, please give us a call (203) 553-4435 and we can work together on a plan to ensure your delivery.
Valentine's Day
Can I pick-up the Valentine's Day flowers?
Absolutely! Please give us a call to discuss available time for pick up. It'll be based on the amount of orders already placed by previous customers.
Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?
When you place your order with Any Occasion Creation, you have the ability to provide instructions at that time for our delivery drivers. We may call the number listed for the recipient prior to the flowers leaving the shop, however we leave a text or voice message if there's no answer, and we still proceed with the delivery. If it's an apartment or a home where ther's no access to the main door so we can leave the flowers, it'll be returned to the shop and you will be charged another delivery fee to deliver the flowers another day. If something changes concerning your delivery needs, please reach out to us so we can work with you to set up a better time or day to deliver your flowers.
