Additionally, you didn't mentioned that the flowers were not delivered or your recipient didn't received the flowers in your review which is what you called about. I'm sure it was received surprisingly as you realized we have proof and you'd not get "free" flowers.

Spectacular arrangements beautifully and artistically created from healthy, special flowers. The owner and design team have a phenomenal eye. These are not cookie cutter arrangements. So happy to have found this tremendous woman owned independent business. Also, they provide great customer service. Trust them for every day, flowers or the most meaningful occasions.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Any Occasion. On a Thurs, we ordered a bouquet to be delivered the following Monday before 12:30 pm to a hotel a couple of blocks from the flower shop. We specified that it was a surprise birthday gift for someone who was in town for 2 days. They were not able to fulfill the request, but they did not let us know! After I telephoned, the flowers finally arrived at the hotel at 2:30 pm, AFTER the person had left for meetings. That night when she returned to the hotel, she finally saw the flowers and said they were nice, but too little too late.

We thank you for ordering our lovely flowers for your guest. Wow try very hard to accommodate our customers request, however, it's extremely hard to fulfill all the request every customer would like. We create our area cements for delivery based on the order in which it was placed (day & time).
I'm glad she was still in house and loved the arrangement.
